Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the DubFlow browser extension and the website at dubflowstudio.com (together, the “Service”). By installing, using or paying for the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by Kemar Ricardo Henry, a sole proprietor trading as DubFlow (“we”, “us”).

1. Licence

2. Plans, activation and expiry

3. Free tier

The free tier allows a daily allowance of dubbing and one language. It requires no account and is measured locally on your device.

4. Service data

DubFlow sends a small amount of anonymous technical data (an install identifier, app version, platform, selected language pair, session start/stop times, and error codes) to operate the service, count active users and fix problems. It never includes the videos, pages or content you watch. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, to redistribute media you do not have rights to, or in violation of any platform’s terms. You are responsible for the content you dub and for complying with the terms of the sites you use the extension on.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on services provided by your browser or third parties. Availability and quality of a given language pair may vary and are outside our control.

7. Payments, renewals, refunds

Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, and where applicable a marketplace such as Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. We may suspend a licence that breaches these terms (for example, a key shared publicly).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
