DubFlow lets you hear a video in the language you choose. It is built to do its work in your browser. This page explains exactly what leaves your device and what does not.

What we never collect

What stays on your device

Service data (kept minimal)

When your device has an internet connection, DubFlow sends us a small amount of technical data so we can run the service, count active users, and fix problems quickly. It contains:

It never contains the videos, pages, content, audio, or anything you type, and it is used only to operate and improve the service — never for advertising. This reporting is best-effort: if you are offline it waits and sends when you next connect.

Language and audio processing

To produce dubbing in your chosen language, DubFlow may use capabilities provided by your browser or a trusted service. Any such request is sent over an encrypted connection and is not stored by us. Where your browser can do the work on your device, nothing is sent at all.

Payments

If you buy a plan, your payment details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe, and marketplaces such as Lemon Squeezy where applicable). We never see or store your card details. We receive only the order details and the email needed to issue your licence.

Accounts

A paid account stores your email and your licence/subscription status so you can sign in, manage your plan, and so we can disable a plan that expires or is cancelled. We do not store payment-card data.

Website

The dubflowstudio.com site is a static page. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, time) for security, as all web servers do. We do not run advertising trackers.

Children

DubFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Your choices

Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored locally. To delete an account or purchase record, or to ask a privacy question, email support@dubflowstudio.com.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, with the “last updated” date above revised.
